  • An in-person, weekly support group focused on building community and fostering connections with fellow survivors. Conversation will be focused on the needs and interests of group members with topics prepared as needed.

Healing Through Yoga

Tuesdays, 3-4pm | Starting February 3
  • A virtual, trauma informed yoga practice centered around healing and wellness. Open to students, staff, faculty and community members. All levels of practice welcome.

  • Tea & Talk offers a space to explore the experiences of survivors & co-survivors who identify as immigrants, international students, or second generation immigrants.

Ear Acupuncture

Thursdays, 2-3pm | 1/22 - 5/14

  • Ear acupuncture involves the gentle placement of up to five small, sterilized disposable needles into specific sites on each ear. The recipients sit quietly in a group setting for 30-45 minutes allowing the treatment to take effect. Benefits include reducing cravings for alcohol and drugs, minimizing withdrawal symptoms, increasing calmness, better sleep, and relief from stress and emotional trauma.
